The Okinawan taiko drumming group will hold a fundraiser and show from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. July 29 at Mana Christian Ohana in Waimea, behind Kahilu Theatre. Crafts, baked goods, plants, food and a silent auction will be offered.
Oriental plate lunches with shoyu pork, nishime, rice, tsukemono and dessert will be available for pick up from noon-2 pm. Money raised will be used to fund their 10th-anniversary concert. The event is a sponsored project of the North Kohala Community Resource Center.
