Kailua-Kona - Hawaii County Police Department rank and file joined athletes, family and friends Saturday for the Troy Barboza Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. The run/walk started at Lanihau Center, continued down Palani Road to Hale Halawai and back to Old Airport Park for the lighting of the cauldron and the start of the Special Olympics Regional Area Softball Tournament.
