KAILUA-KONA — With 246 of the 249 precincts reporting, Gov. David Ige captured 118,222 votes over his opponent Colleen Hanabusa’s 101,896 votes. As of 11 p.m. Saturday, Ige was declared winner in the Democratic primary for governor.
