prepare a will
Warren Chong, an independent associate with LegalShield, offers a basic estate planning workshop at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Suite Possibilities, Suite 102, in the Chamber of Commerce Building south of McDonald’s in Kailua-Kona.
A will questionnaire will help participants complete this important document. There is no fee to attend, however space is limited.
The will is one of the most important legal documents a person can give their family to clarify their wishes, yet, statistics show that 70-80 percent of the population does not have a current or up-to-date will.
