Mildred “Millie” Namiko De Mattos, 67, of Hilo, died March 9 at home. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker and a former licensed practical murse at the former Hilo Hospital and member of Kaumana Kumiai.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. March 21 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 7 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by husband, Edward De Mattos Jr., of Hilo; sons, Allen (Debbie Terada) De Mattos and Wayne De Mattos, both of Hilo; daughter, Lisa (James Jr.) Lucas, of Hilo; sister, Darlene (Jeffrey) Martin, of Kona; seven grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
