Haruyo Kitagawa

Haruyo Kitagawa, 100, of Hakalau, died March 3 at Life Care Center in Hilo. Born in Hakalau , she was a retired homemaker and member of Pepeekeo Senior Center and Honomu Henjoji Mission.

Private service were held. Family requests no flowers or monetary gifts.

She is survived by daughters, Peggy Yoshizumi, of Hilo, Lillian (Kenneth) Sakae, of Kurtistown; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
