William “Billy” Farias Victorino, 84, of Hilo, died March 25 at his residence. Born Jan. 20, 1928, in Hilo, he was retired from the Hilo Iron Works and a member of the Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church in Keaukaha, Young Men’s Institute and the Foresters Club.
Friends may call at 11 a.m. March 31 at Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church in Keaukaha, for a 1 p.m. Mass. Burial follows at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 in Hilo. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by sons, Michael (Joycelyn) Victorino, of Wailuku, Maui, William (Kathy) Victorino, of Hilo; daughters, Natalie McKeen and Joycelyn (Dennis) Kaide, both of Hilo; sisters, Betty Courtney, of the mainland, Linda Choy and Bernice Sperlock, both of Oahu; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
