Isidro Domine Ibarra, 82, of Hilo, died June 4 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Papaikou, he was a retired sergeant with the Hawaii Army National Guard, former warehouseman with Sears Roebuck Co. and member of New Hope Christian Fellowship.
Private services were held.
He is survived by sons, Ray (Sharon) Ibarra, Keith Ibarra, both of Hilo; daughters, Janice (Harry) Takayesu, of Hilo, Karen (Russell) Henna, of Honolulu, Claire (Lee) Miyasato, of Kahului, Maui; brother, Louis Ibarra, of Oklahoma; sisters, Rose (Donald) Olaso, of Hilo, Narcissus (Ronald) Van Pelt, of Indiana, Elvera Oreskovich, of Kansas, Lourdes (Jerry) Covey, of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
