A photo caption that ran on the front page of Wednesday’s edition misidentified a Na Kahumoku participant shoveling mud from an anchialine pond. He was Koloa Kalavi, a 18-year-old Kealakehe High School graduate.

It is the policy of West Hawaii Today to correct promptly any incorrect or misleading information when it is brought to the attention of the newspaper.
