Wendell Ko speared a 188-pound yellowfin tuna Tuesday in West Hawaii waters while fishing with Capt. Bomboy Llanes and crew James Takaki aboard Lana Kila. The party aboard the boat believes the catch established a yellowfin tuna state spearfishing record.
