Wyland Keola Blankenfeld Damaso, 19, of Waikoloa, died Aug. 7 in Honolulu. Born in Honolulu, he was a student.

Friends may call at 10 a.m. Aug. 19 at Kawaihae Canoe Club in Kawaihae for a service. Family requests casual attire be worn. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.

He is survived by parents, Carlton and Kaiulani Damaso; brothers, Paa (Bryanna) and Kahoku Damaso; two nephews.
