Amoy Rickard Amoy Rickard Amoy Rickard, 95, of Kona, died Sept. 2 at her residence. She was born in Kawaihae. She is survived by son, Mervyn (Sharon) Rickard, of Honolulu; daughter, Melva (James) Placek, of Kona; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
