Judith “Judi” Anne Smith, 69, of Kailua-Kona and formerly of Dillingham, Alaska, died Oct. 12 at her residence. Born Oct. 11, 1943, in Vernon, Texas, she was a retired travel agent and owner of the former All Trade Industrial Supply.

Private service were held. Memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of Kona, P.O. Box 4130, Kailua Kona, HI 96745.

She is survived by daughter, Lori (Scott Crumbley) Smith of Tacoma, Wash.; cousin, Peter Maves of Lyons, Colo.
