Theodore “Ted” Henry Meyer, 89, of Kailua-Kona died March 24, 2013, at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home, Hilo. Born Oct. 29, 1923, in Los Angeles, he was a retired mechanical engineer for C. Brewer & Co., Hilo Ironworks, Theo H. Davies & Co. and the Laupahoehoe Sugar Co.
