Donald DeTray

Donald Ervin DeTray, 95, of Hilo died April 5 at his home. Born Nov. 9, 1917, in Napoleon, Ohio, he was a retired veterinarian and had also worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture at its Beltsville, Md., laboratories.

Services have been held.

He is survived by sons, Dennis DeTray of McLean, Va., Stephen DeTray of Tacoma, Wash.; brother, Norman DeTray of Napoleon, Ohio; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
