Surf’s Up!

A series of south swells will continue to fuel high surf on Big Isle shores through 6 a.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service in Honolulu forecast waves ranging in height from 6 to 10 feet for the island’s north-, east-, south- and southwest-facing shores. The service anticipates the advisory will be extended beyond Saturday morning.
