Ellen Ozaki

Ellen Leiko Ozaki, 44, of San Jose, Calif., formerly of Hilo died May 28, 2013, at home. Born in Hilo, she was a physical therapist, outrigger canoe paddler and runner.

Friends may call at 4 p.m. June 30 at the Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 5 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by parents, Mitsuru and Kara Ozaki of Hilo; brother, Eric (Betty) Ozaki of San Jose, Calif.; paternal grandmother, Mitsuko Ozaki of Hakalau; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
