Carol Moana Spinney, 72, of Ocean View died June 17, 2013, at the Queen’s Medical Center. Born Jan. 21, 1941, in Honolulu, she was a housewife.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Aug. 4 at Kahaluu Beach Park’s main pavilion, followed by a potluck. The family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by sons, Allen, Wilfred, Lorrin and Carl Watai; daughter, Vanessa Watai-Simeona; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
