Wayne Doming Bidal, 40, of Keaau died July 10, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Oct. 22, 1972, in Hilo, he was a volleyball coach for Pahoa High School
Friends may call at 10 a.m. Aug. 10 at Dodo Mortuary for an 11 a.m. chapel service. Cremation will follow at Dodo Mortuary. The family requests aloha attire be worn and flowers are welcome.
He is survived by his son, Alakea Teriitetoofa Bidal of Keaau; mother, Barbara Jean Aguinaldo Bidal of Kurtistown; grandmother, Patricia Aguinaldo of Hilo; sister, Donna (Thomas Soares) Gushiken of Kurtistown, Audrey (David Luiz) Bidal of Papaikou; brothers, Don Bidal, Melvin Bidal of Kurtistown and Jerry (Brenda) Bidal of Washington; hanai parents, Frank Joseph and Elouise Mulec of Keaau; hanai daughters, Kaleinani Mulec, Kalehuanani Mulec, Kawailana Mulec and Kailiula Mulec of Keaau; hanai son, Teave Mulec of Keaau; six nephews, two nieces, one grandniece; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Frank Cecchetto
Frank Gino Cecchetto, 59, of Kailua-Kona died July 30, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Aug. 11, 1953 in San Mateo, Calif., he was the owner and operator of Frank’s Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair in Honolulu, a former auto mechanic for Tahoe City Chevron in California, maintenance mechanic for Blach Construction in Santa Clara, Calif., firefighter and emergency medical technician for Kings Beach Fire Station 52 in California, caregiver with the Alzheimer’s Association in Northern California and an auto mechanic for Nick’s Incline Chevron Service in Incline Village, Nev.
Friends may call at 1 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Banagan-Cecchetto residence located at 73-1138 Hamanamana St., Kailua-Kona, for a celebration of life. Family requests casual attire be worn. For information call 333-0437.
He is survived by his mother, Arlette Cecchetto of Redwood City, Calif.; son, Gino (Michelle Banagan) Cecchetto of Kailua-Kona; hanai son, Pono (Haunani) Machado of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Jennifer (Dale) Jensen of Twin Falls, Idaho; brothers, Gino (Carol) Cecchetto and Carl Cecchetto of Redwood City, Calif.; sister, Terri (Mark) Bishop of Redwood City, Calif.; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Yoshimi Taniyama
Yoshimi Taniyama, 75, of Holualoa died Aug. 2, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Sept. 20, 1937, in Holualoa, he was a general contractor and owner of Y. Taniyama Contractor and member of Waiaha Kumiai, Monday Night Mixed League and AJA Baseball team and he was an Air Force veteran.
Friends may call at 3 p.m. Aug. 11 at Kona Hongwanji Mission in Kealakekua for a 4 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.
He is survived by brothers, Carl (Mitzie) Taniyama and Donald Taniyama, both of Holualoa; sister, Pearl (Tommy) Taniyama of La Habra, Calif.; one niece; numerous nephews; one grandniece; and three grandnephews.

Jessie Provost
Jessie Provost, 63, of Honokaa, died June 30, 2013, at her home. Born in Pittsburgh, she retired from the construction industry.
Private services are planned. Donations may be made to North Hawaii Hospice or Honokaa Library.
She is survived by her partner, Mary Mich of Honokaa; sister, Bonnie Provost of Pittsburgh; and numerous nieces and nephews.
