Tropical storm warning lifted for Big Island

The National Weather Service has lifted the Tropical Storm Warning for the Big Island.

Forecasters announced the change at 2 p.m. today.

The county remains under a flash flood watch. Iselle, which was a hurricane until early this morning, is still producing locally damaging wind gusts over other islands, National Weather Service officials said on their website.
