Annual Up Country Faire offers fun for all

It was a family “a-fair” Monday at the Christ Church Episcopal in Kealakekua.

There, Big Island residents and visitors enjoyed the 14th annual Up Country Faire, which raised scholarship money for children in the West Hawaii community.

The mini carnival-like event featured food, a water slide, face painting, games, silent auction, pony rides, entertainment and various vendors.
