A call to artists wishing to participate in Waikoloa Village Art Crawl

Local artists and crafters can participate in a pre-holiday event scheduled 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec.1 in Waikoloa Village that will allow them to display their work in a casual setting — their own homes.

The only two rules are that the artist lives in the village and items sold are made by the artist or their family. Each participating artist or crafter will be included on a map with a short description of what they intend to sell. On the day of the crawl, displays will be showcased in the comfort of their home.

There is no fee required to participate. Maps will be available the week before the event so interested customers can plan where to visit. The deadline to sign up is Nov. 26. To participate in the event, email Lorrie Taylor at lorriemt@gmail.com.
