Ukrainian president says ‘no blackmail’ in phone call with Trump

KYIV, Ukraine — Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said Thursday that President Donald Trump did not seek to blackmail him over military aid when the two leaders spoke this summer during a telephone call that has formed the basis of an impeachment inquiry in the United States.
