Police searching for wanted man
KAILUA-KONA — The Hawaii Police Department’s Area II Special Enforcement Unit is requesting assistance in locating Kelvin “Monster” Udac, a 39-year-old man known to frequent the Ka’u area.
He is wanted on numerous outstanding bench warrants, according to the Hawaii Police Department. Udac is described as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds with many visible tattoos on his entire body.
