Police seek whereabouts of men wanted on outstanding warrants

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following four men who have outstanding warrants for their arrests.

David Hively is wanted for two counts of criminal contempt of court with warrants totaling $1,050, according to the Hawaii Police Department. Hively is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing 199 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Keokalani Joaquin is wanted for three counts of criminal contempt of court with warrants totaling $5,000, according to police. Joaquin is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.

Alan Torres is wanted for two counts of failure to appear with warrants of $2,150, according to police. Torres is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Kirk Paulo is wanted for violations of conditions of release and criminal contempt of court with warrants totaling $2,300, accoring to police. Paulo is described as being 5 feet 8, inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
