Kailua-Kona Public Library announces special hours
The Kailua-Kona Public Library will have modified public service hours this week due to the Ironman World Championship on Thursday and Saturday. The branch is located near the finish line, making access to the library difficult.
The schedule will be as follows:
ADVERTISING
• Monday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.; 1 to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday: Noon to 3 p.m.; 4 to 7 p.m.
• Wednesday: 9 a.m. to noon; 1 to 4 p.m.
• Thursday: Closed
• Friday: Noon to 4 p.m.
• Saturday: Closed
During this week, the book drops will remain open. The library will resume its regular public service schedule on Oct. 11.
