Free health screening and dental service fair
The 9th Annual La Ohana will be held Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Milolii Park, South Kona
Come enjoy this FREE EVENT for ohana and community members of South Kona and Ka’u. Here’ are some of the attractions:
– Dental Exam with Aloha Medical Mission &Hawaii institute of public health
oral health coalition &Jabsom community-based research care Ola Hawaii
– Health Screening, Vaccination, and other Health Information from UH Hilo School of Pharmacy, KTA &Hawaii Island Community Health Center
– Open Enrollment for Health Insurance with Kokua Services Partnerships
– Marine Conservation work with Kalanihale CBSFA Monitoring Team, Makai Watch, DAR &Hawaii Marine Education Research Center.
– Education and Youth Support Kua o ka La Hipuu, Kona Literacy &ASU Local
– We will have Arts and crafts from local vendors from the community, baked goods, drinks, shaved ice, ono grinds, and more.
– Live entertainment by local Artisans!!
