Zachary Edward Tyler Collins, 31, of Kealakekua died Dec. 27. He was a cook at Korner Pocket Sports Bar and Grill, and loved cooking and surfing. Robert “Bob” Charles Kale Loebl, 81, of Hilo died Dec. 23 at home. Born in Lihue, Kauai, he retired from the former GTE/Verizon/Hawaiian Tel as a mobile phone technician and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Services at a later date.
