WAIMEA — The Waimea Athletics College Scholarship Committee proudly announces that Caylee Cook, a 2025 graduate of Kamehameha-Hawaii, has been selected as a recipient of the inaugural Waimea Athletics College Scholarship.
This award honors Caylee’s high school and middle school athletic achievements, her academic success and service to her community. The $1,000 scholarship will support her college education as she begins her studies at Oregon State University this fall.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be born and raised in Waimea, have participated in four years of high school sports, and have played at least two years of middle school community sports. Eligible students must attend one of the following schools: Honoka‘a High School, Kanu ‘o Ka ‘Aina, Hawaii Preparatory Academy, Parker School or KS-Hawaii.
