NIA ~ Fitness for Body, Mind, Emotions &Spirit will happen from 8:15-9 a.m. this Thursday and Jan. 17. Megan MacArthur, a Nia Black Belt instructor, will lead this non-impact movement practice based on the idea that through movement we find health. Combining movements and philosophies from the fields of martial, dance and healing arts, Nia is set to diverse music from around the world, and done barefooted. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
