Missing Puna woman sought

Police are searching for Puna resident Dorothy Mae Sanger, who was reported missing.

Sanger, 54, was last seen Feb. 21 at her Mountain View home. She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-7, 130 pounds with long brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Officer Corey Kaneko at 961-2213 or the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
