Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating three men wanted for various offenses.
Tommy Eugan Howard, 29, of Kona, is wanted in connection with a stabbing May 22 at White Sands Beach, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is also wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections for failure to register as a sex offender.
Howard may be in Kailua-Kona or Papaikou, according to police. He also goes by the names Casino, Tommy Washington and Cesar Waltz.
Howard is described as African-American, 5 feet 7 inches, 145 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes, according to police who noted he might wear contact lenses that alter his eye color. He also has a tattoo of a chain of musical notes that runs from his left shoulder down along his left arm.
Ronsten Andrade, 20, of Pahoa, is wanted for auto theft and other offenses stemming from vehicle’s taken March 3 in Pahoa and May 25 in Hilo, according to police. He is also wanted for allegedly entering a vacant home in Pahoa illegally and remaining there for an extended period of time, and for several traffic offenses including reckless driving.
He is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds, according to police. He is known to frequent the lower Puna area.
Sheldon Jaoquin, 40, is wanted for violating terms of probation for an assault conviction, according to police.
Jaoquin is described as being “local,” 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with a tan complexion, according to police. He is known to frequent the Hamakua and Waipio Valley areas.
