c Ruth Kudo, 49, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty April 30 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and inattention to driving. She was sentenced June 4 to pay $1,474 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. She must also install an ignition interlock device and perform an unspecified number of community service hours. Her license was also revoked.

c Parrish A. Brooks II, 21, of Waikoloa, pleaded guilty June 4 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment. He must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours and his license was revoked.

c Richard G. Saya, 41, of Kurtistown, pleaded guilty June 4 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and inattention to driving. He was sentenced to pay $474 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.

c Nahum Ramirez Martinez, 51, of Kona, pleaded guilty June 6 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant, driving with an improper license and failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance. He was sentenced to pay $1,121 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Diana Prows-Fadeeva, 40, of Portland, Ore., pleaded no contest June 6 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. She was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Her license was also revoked.

c Jose Juan Gonzalez, 35, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest June 7 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $587 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Kui Solomon Barboza, 29, of Holualoa, pleaded guilty June 7 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $587 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Chelsa L. Deamaral, 41, of Kealakekua, pleaded guilty June 7 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with an improper license. She was sentenced to pay $574 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Her license was also revoked.

c Phillip Chase Kissinger, 28, of Pahoa, pleaded guilty June 7 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Edrick K. Riveira-Crane, 39, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest June 7 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and inattention to driving. He was sentenced to pay $724 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Randall S. Boyer, 48, of Kapaa, Kauai, pleaded no contest June 12 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Dakota Trey Bush, 22, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest June 12 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with an improper license. He was sentenced to pay $474 in fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.
