Highway 19 has reopened in the area of mile markers 46 and 47, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

The highway was closed because of a downed power line. Hawaii Electric Light Co. crews completed the repairs, and the highway reopened to traffic shortly before 5 p.m. today.
