Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 51-year-old man wanted for theft.
Benjamin Fonseca of Hilo is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 250 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair, according to the Hawaii County Police Department.
