Hawaii Island police are renewing their request for information about a 23-year-old Puna man who was reported missing.

Philip Voelker, who has no permanent address, is also wanted on several outstanding warrants.

He was last seen near Orchidland in the Puna District sometime in November 2013. He is described as 6-foot-4-inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and several tattoos, including one on his neck of the Grim Reaper.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
