Willie K brings his talents to the stage from 5 to 7 p.m. May 26 at Big Island Film Festival’s “Best of the Fest” concert at The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii.

Willie Kahaialii has been entertaining audiences around the world since age 10, he has won multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Awards and a Grammy Award nomination. He is known for his mix of blues, jazz, Hawaiian song writing, slack key guitar, rock and roll and reggae.

Tickets can be purchased atbigislandfilmfestival.com. Admission is $40 at the door or $30 for kamaaina, $35 in advance, or $25 kamaaina, and $10 for keiki ages 7 to 12. Some chairs will be available. Coolers are not permitted.

The event also includes a silent auction to benefit Fisher House at Tripler Army Medical Center from 5 to 7 p.m., and audience-voted best feature and best short films from the 2013 festival from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The event is also a fundraiser for Hawaii Island Food Basket.

The Big Island “Talk Story” Film Festival is held Thursday through May 26.
