Kealakehe Elementary School Junior Police Officers recently celebrated their year-end award ceremony. Officers Joshua Dumont and Wyatt Nahale presented certificates of appreciation for demonstrating Safety Patrol on campus to each fifth grade Junior Police Officer. Ruth Kudo and Braden Espiritu presented special recognition awards.
Hawaii County Council member Karen Eoff was the guest of honor and delivered a speech to the Junior Police Officers who are moving to intermediate school.
