Burglary

June 30, cash totaling $2,250 was reported stolen from the safe of a business office on the 79-7000 block of Old Mamalahoa Highway in North Kona.

July 3, a trimmer, pressure washer, leaf blower and three 5-gallon jugs of gasoline, valued at $914, were reported stolen from a charter school on the 75-5000 block of Queen Kaahumanu Highway in North Kona.

Stolen vehicle

July 1, a 2007 Honda Ruckus mo-ped bearing license plate H27044 was reported stolen from the 73-1200 block of Melomelo Street in North Kona.

July 2, a blue 2009 KYMCO People S50 4T mo-ped valued at $1,200, bearing license plate H34136 was reported stolen from the 75-5000 block of Kuakini Highway in North Kona.

July 3, a gray 2008 two-door Scion XD, bearing license plate ZAX726 was reported stolen from the Coconut Grove Marketplace parking lot in North Kona.

Theft from a vehicle

June 29, a black ActionPacker container with tools valued at $715 was reported stolen from the back of a pickup truck on the 77-0300 block of Sunset Drive in North Kona.

July 3, a purse was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 75-6000 block of Alii Drive in North Kona.
