Walk-in voting on Thursday ended at noon ahead of the anticipated arrival of Hurricane Iselle.

Walk-in voters were able to cast their ballots from 8 a.m. to noon at Aupuni Center in Hilo, the West Hawaii Civic Center, Waimea Community Center and Pahala Community Center, according to Hawaii County.
