Hawaii Island police located Steven Schwartz, 41, of Hilo, while following up on a tip to Crime Stoppers.
They arrested him Friday in Waimea. He has been charged with contempt of court and violating probation. He was released after posting $2,150 bail, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
