Hawaii Island police are searching for a 16-year Hilo boy who was reported missing.

Rylen H. Resurreccion-Waiwaiole was last seen in Hilo on April 27, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as 5-foot-6, weighing 160 pounds, and having brown eyes, black hair and possibly a mustache. He also has a tribal tattoo on his left upper arm.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
