KAHULUI, Hawaii (AP) — A Kahului man has been arrested after he plowed his car into a group of people at the Maui Marathon, injuring one person.

Police said 22-year-old Rustyn Pajimola-Aiu was in his 2014 Acura sedan in the parking lot of the Queen Kaahumanu mall when he drove through a crowd of people Sunday morning. The group was waiting for the start of the marathon in the same area.
