Cynthia Tai, Hawaii County deputy prosecuting attorney, provided a Junior Judges presentation to Kealakehe Elementary third-graders Nov. 21. Two classes were selected as participants in the Junior Judges program, which covered the importance of why cheating, destroying property, bullying, teasing, stealing, drugs and alcohol are all bad choices. Tai also encouraged the children to dream big and explained how everyone can make their dreams come true by studying and pursuing their dreams. She shared how she worked in the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands for six years before returning to Hawaii to continue her career. Special to West Hawaii Today
