Students at Kohala High School recently gathered for an anti-meth assembly, mural unveiling and rally.
The anti-meth assembly featured an educational presentation by the Hawaii Meth Project and a first-hand account of the dangers of methamphetamine use by a recovering addict.
Also during the event, Oahu-based artist, East-3, placed the final touches on the latest installation of the Not Even Once Mural Project, an initiative focused on bringing large-scale anti-meth murals to schools across the state.
