David Nakamura, Bryce Yamashita and Calvin Uemura combined on a one-hitter to spark Waiakea over Honokaa 10-0 in a BIIF game Monday.
Nakamura pitched four innings for the win. He allowed two walks and whiffed three while showing solid strike-throwing efficiency.
He threw 59 percent strikes (30 of 51 pitches) and fired first-pitch strikes to six of the 13 Dragons he faced.
Yamashita followed with a scoreless inning, and surrendered a single to Kieran Lo.
Uemura cleaned up the sixth with a scoreless inning, and struck out one.
Taylor Mondina batted 2 for 3 with two RBIs, including a homer, to lead the Warriors (5-0).
Anthony Benevides went 1 for 2, hitting a two-run homer. Shaun Kurosawa added two hits.
Nainoa Falk went four innings in the loss for the Dragons (0-5).
