Roth recognized at science and engineering fair

Noa Roth, Konawaena Middle School seventh-grader, was presented the Davis Young Scientist Award March 24 at the 58th Hawaii State Science &Engineering Fair at the Hawaii Convention Center, for his research project “Lime vs. Baking Soda.” The compounds are commonly used to control coqui frog populations.
