Kona man known by three different names is missing

Hawaii Island police are searching for a 57-year-old Kona man who was reported missing.

William Frederick Combs, also known as Richard Wayne Kowski, also known as Tony Eugene Combs, was last seen in Kailua-Kona in January.

He is described as Caucasian, 6-feet tall, 175 pounds with green eyes, gray hair and tattoos on both arms.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
