The Kona Horseshoe Pitcher’s Club hosted its fifth annual Hand of Friendship tournament on April 11 at the Kona Palms Courts. Also participating were the Big Island Horseshoe Club and the Hilo Ohana Horseshoe Club.
Pat McDonald and Reg Gomes faced off in the championship game, with Gomes defeating McDonald 64-58. He won the koa wood Hand of Friendship trophy and his name will be added to past winners.
