Maili Stream Bridge located on Kaiwiki Road in Hilo is scheduled for repair work starting July 6, the Hawaii County Public Works Department reports.
The bridge will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. weekdays, except on holidays and weekends. The repair work includes replacing old timber components with new wood preservative treated components. The project should take about two months.
